🎉 It's been a few days now that you have started using Settle Up. We hope that you are happy with the app and want to give you a few tips & tricks on how to get the best out of it.

Tip 1: Circles
Circles at the top of the group screen reflect the size of the members' debts. The member with the biggest debt should pay next to keep the debts balanced. You can add an expense by tapping their circle.

Tip 2: Transaction type selector
When adding a new transaction, you can choose from an expense, an income, or a transfer within the group. Expenses from bill are useful when you need to enter specific items from a receipt.

Tip 3: Minimize the number of debt settlements
Our debt algorithm minimizes the number of transactions among group members that are necessary to settle up. This means that you might end up paying somebody who you don't owe directly. If you don't like this feature, you can turn it off in Edit group menu.

Tip 4: Expense categories
You can sort each expense in categories, which is useful for filtering transactions. You can also create your own custom categories simply by choosing from your emojis. This is a Premium feature.

Nipp 1: Ringid
Grupi vaates üleval asuvate ringide suurus näitab liikmete võlgnevuste suurust. Kõige suurema ringiga/võlaga liige peaks maksma järgmisena, et hoida võlgnevused tasakaalus. Ringile vajutades saad lisada selle liikme kulutusi.

Nipp 2: Tehingutüübi valik
Lisades uut tehingut, saad valida "Kulu", "Tulu" ja "Ülekande" vahel. "Kulu arvelt" on kasulik valik siis, kui pead lisama arvelt erinevaid ridu.

Nipp 3: Minimeerige võlgade tasumise arvu
Meie võlaalgoritm minimeerib arveldamiseks vajalike tehingute arvu grupiliikmete vahel. See tähendab, et võite lõpuks maksta kellelegi, kellele Sa otseselt võlgu ei ole. Kui Sulle see funktsioon ei meeldi, saad selle menüüs "Muuda gruppi" välja lülitada.

Nipp 4: Kulu kategooria
Sa saad iga kulu liigitada vastavasse kategooriasse, et hiljem tehinguid filtreerida. Võid ka ise luua vajaliku kategooria ja valida sellele sobiva emoji. Kategooriate kasutamine on saadav ainult Premium versioonis.
